This website is powered by Shopify and provides floral and gift delivery services within Australia. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, and you have given us permission to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Our Floral Products

All floral compositions created by Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers are bespoke, handcrafted, and individually styled by our professional floral designers. We source the freshest botanicals from top-tier local and international growers, and all arrangements are created to reflect the essence, palette, and elegance shown in our product photography.

However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers:

• Arrangements may vary slightly from the product images shown on our website.
• We may substitute flower types where necessary, while maintaining the style, value, and colour tone of the original design.
• Colours and appearance may also differ slightly depending on your screen or device.

3. Online Alcohol Sales

Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers holds Liquor Licence 60500652. In accordance with Australian law:

• It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this site.
• Alcohol deliveries must be made:
  • To the adult who placed the order,
  • To another adult at the delivery address who can accept on their behalf, or
  • In accordance with your written instructions if delivered on a subsequent day or to an alternate address.

4. Orders and Delivery

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. Payments must be processed before acceptance. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery cost will apply.

You may request flowers to be left in a “safe place,” but we are not liable for loss or damage once delivery is completed per your instructions.

If delivery is accepted by a concierge, security desk, hospital ward, or mail room, responsibility transfers at the point of delivery.

5. Shipping

We use a mix of internal staff and third-party couriers to complete deliveries. Delivery windows are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once your order is dispatched or due to events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, extreme weather).

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Our flowers are of the highest quality, but as natural products, variation is to be expected.

• If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item on +61 3 9821 4613. Eligible claims will be reviewed and refunded at our discretion.
• This refund policy does not apply to:
  • Damage caused after delivery,
  • Products that have been altered or tampered with,
  • Situations where care instructions were not followed.
• All goods must be returned in original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund.

7. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. We accept credit card and PayPal payments securely. Your credit card information is encrypted and not stored on our servers. You agree to keep your payment and account details up to date.

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

You may be offered access to third-party tools and services, which we provide “as is.” Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk. We may link to third-party websites or content which we do not control. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services.
