Clementine and Jack chose to hold both their wedding ceremony and reception at the stunning Myer Mural Hall. The exquisite and exclusive art deco venue is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, and as the name suggests, beautiful floor to ceiling murals are showcased throughout the space.
To complement her romantic champagne hued wedding gown, Clementine carried a pretty and moody loosely styled bouquet in a colour palette of blue, dark red, burgundy and latte with hints of soft pink and dark green throughout. The florals featured included a seasonal mixture of hydrangea, roses, lisianthus, sedum and snapdragons with touches of gum foliage. Each of Clementine’s bridesmaids carried a bouquet of one type of flower in a single colour tone to match their dresses which were all different hues represented in the bride’s bouquet.
Clementine and Jack’s wedding ceremony was held at the base of the grand staircase in Myer Mural Hall. Clementine walked down an aisle lit with clusters of pillar candles, and the couple said their vows against a beautiful floral backdrop styled at the base of the opulent staircase. The backdrop was styled with the same moody colour palette and flower selection as Clementine’s bouquet and featured a collection of unstructured arrangements displayed on various steps to create height.
At the reception, gorgeous high unstructured arrangements to match were displayed on the guest tables. While on the bridal table, the girls displayed their beautiful bouquets and the table was bookended by arrangements to mirror that on the guest tables. The cake was simply decorated with blooms to match and a memorial table with a display of family photographs highlighted an arrangement of blue hydrangea, a flower which the couple requested be used throughout their floral styling.
Congratulations Clementine and Jack, and thank you for providing the Victoria Whitelaw team with the opportunity to create your beautiful wedding flowers!
