It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

You must be over the age of 18 to order alcohol from this website.

Give written instructions to deliverer (in Terms & Conditions) You must give written instructions to the person responsible for delivering the alcohol.
The written instructions must require the alcohol to be delivered:
I. to the adult who placed the order (include their name in the instructions)
II. to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order
III. If the delivery is made on a day after the day the order is taken, or the sale was made online, in accordance with the customer’s instructions (such as delivery to another address or an unoccupied address).

Shipping Policy

We have no set courier service, we use multiple companies and use our own staff drivers on occasion.

Redelivery

On the checkout page, if you have opted for the driver to ‘leave in a safe place’ should the recipient not be home, Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers cannot be held responsible for the flowers once they have been left at the delivery address.

In the event of redelivery (“Redeliver” was selected on the checkout page) eWay customers will have their credit cards automatically charged with a redelivery fee equal to the original cost and PayPal customers will be contacted to complete the additional transaction via credit card.

A redelivery fee equal to the original cost will also apply following an unsuccessful delivery attempt (eg. We have been provided with an incorrect delivery address).

If it is necessary for a security person, concierge, hospital ward, receptionist or mail room attendant to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers cannot be held responsible for the flowers from this point on.

Substitution

Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers will endeavor to match the product selected from our online store. However, if the product is unavailable an alternative flower will be substituted. Please remember, flowers are products of nature therefore their colour may differ from that pictured and their availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
