The brief for Jessica and Daniel’s wedding was bold, moody, and natural with a botanical colour palette to perfectly reflect the eye-catching magenta hue of Jessica’s one-of-a-kind gown. The couple chose to marry at Rupert on Rupert, an inner-city warehouse converted into a restaurant and events space in the hip Melbourne suburb of Collingwood. The venue’s industrial appeal is enhanced by the use quirky vintage furniture and copper, steel, and glass accents on an expanse of polished concrete flooring. The space is softened by a plethora of luscious green plants and trees projecting an outdoor feel alongside the transparent ceiling giving witness to the everchanging Melbourne seasons.
Jessica and Daniel were married in the venue’s conservatory space which can only be described as an evergreen cathedral with its abundance of greenery and grandeur of space. Jessica wore a unique off-the-shoulder bridal gown with flowing long sleeves beautifully finished with a diamante headpiece. She carried an organically styled bouquet of rich ruby red and hot pink roses, deep burgundy snapdragons and plum stock finished with dark-hued berries and cascading phalaenopsis orchids which perfectly matched the colour of her dress.
Jessica joined Daniel under a suspended floral arbour consisting of masses of natural cascading foliage, blossom and berry branches which organically flowed into the existing foliage in the space. The hanging arbour was finished with beautiful, reflexed roses, tulips and orchids in moody burgundy, plum, magenta, and pink tones creating the perfect setting for Jessica and Daniel to acknowledge their love in front of their nearest and dearest.
A thrilled Jessica gushed: “The floral arbour, my bouquet, and Daniel’s buttonhole were absolutely to die for! So many people were amazed by the arbour! It was incredible and the team executed it beautifully! Thank you all again for a really stress-free experience and for your amazing artistry!”
Thank you, Jessica and Daniel, for having us style your truly spectacular wedding ceremony and wishing you all the best for a wonderful future together!
